Boyfriend Jeans + The Mini Bag
SO it's towards the end of October and within the last two weeks it has felt like the beginning of August and the middle of November. What the heck is going on here? I am currently writing this post bundled up in not 1 but 2 sweaters, leggings, and thigh high socks all because it is 50 degrees out and I have somehow managed to catch a cold. Over the weekend it went from wearing a short sleeve t-shirt to pulling out the leather jackets! Either way it's officially Fall and can finally wear all of my favorite pieces again.
You might look at this post and wonder what was I thinking wearing a sleeveless top in the middle of October? Clearly it's been warm enough to do so but this is a look I shot back in August that just never made it here on the blog. I figured while I'm freezing my butt off I can reminisce on the old days when it was a cool 70 out and I was soaking up some sun. This is the perfect example of my style when it gets hot out, a basic fit consisting of one or two pieces and simple yet chic accessories. Other than keeping cool, basic fits like these are the perfect foundation of a timeless wardrobe. These staples have carried me through all seasons and if you pay attention you'll notice a lot of what I wear is basics just switched around and worn different ways.
Until next time
